... and headed up the coast road, stopping at a couple of beaches on our way back to the hotel. The beaches were quite gravelly, with lots of pebbles, great little taverna, and the water was so warm it was like being in a bath. After the coolness of the waters in Santorini and Mykonos, it was exceptionally nice to get in and have a float about in the near-waveless water.

Today was our last day in Turkey and an adventurous travel day. It started at 8am when we queued up for our 9am hydrofoil trip to Rhodes, Greece. 90 minutes later we were in the bustling harbor of Rhodes.
