... br> Before heading back to Barcelona, we walked around the grounds and explored the small village of Salomó. We encountered this strange tower and explored it a bit. Getting up to the top was surely life threatening but the views of the vineyards made it worth it! We found a large circular stone that had carved in it the directions and distances to cities all over the world. Very interesting.

On our last day in Barcelona we took a tour of the famous Freixnet winery. They are known for their Cava, which is a sparkling wine. We also stopped on our way home at Montserrat which is an active monastery. We didn't do a tour our anything, just walked around to see the amazing views. ...
... we headed home but not before we stopped at the Korean grocery store. The store we were recommended to by the waiter at the Korean restaurant is actually very close to our apartment. Its supposedly the only one in the whole of Barcelona. LOL. At least the city has one. We stocked up and got that sense of being "rich" again with all our kimchi, noodles and sauces. Going to eat well for the next few days.
I ate octopus today. It tasted god awful. Like sea jerky. There were tentacles on it and everything. I feel like I would like it much better if it were fried. 'Murica.
