Yesterday’s cycling was beyond my comfort zone – I had saddle soreness and my calves were in pain. Now I am feeling the after effects. My rear end has swollen up in the saddle area and is feeling hot and tender right now. My shoulders ache, and I feel a bit jaded; almost like I have a hangover.
So – nothing too strenuous for the weekend ...

... It keeps the light directed in one area and is really bright. This battery will last forever it seems. It will clip on anywhere. Yes, I still recommend having this and a headlamp if you are camping. There are some things you want to do without holding a flashlight in your hands :D
... got closer to shore, passing an oil rig (fascinating....) and Ruby's Restaurant where we had had breakfast just a few days before and then we were heading into harbour, up the fairway with the sun slowly sinking out of sight. After all that hard work we went back to John and Marilyn's house, climbed into the jacuzzi and ate pizza – how else could you end such a fabulous couple of days?The rest of our visit flew by.
