A magical spot, walking distance from the center of town and tucked away in a prvate cove. The "estate" is huge, room for al quests to sprawl out on lawn chairs, under bamboo huts, on kayaks and windsurfers. The outdoor private stone shower is a dream.

The sun was setting which made the view even more beautiful. Fort Cannon also has tunnels which were used in the WW2, which a few people in our group walked through. After Fort Cannon we rode back ...
... and I were sharing a double so that was a bit of a challenge to start with. We are used to being our own captains at home and Regan had the harder job following me as he was in the back seat. We explored about 3 of the islands and marvelled at the different rock formations. Time for a quick shower and pack up of our gear before the third activity of the morning began. Summer spring rolls cooking class, basically we got to build our rolls and learn ...
... pretty much any other thing, but you wouldn't believe how exhausting it can be. Especially when you are travelling fast. I'm glad I had a chance to recuperate before my trip to Laos. I'm also thankful for the delightful boutique hotel Rebekah had booked and let me stay with her for cheap. Free, delicious breakfast, good air con, clean room, nice shower, tv, friendly staff and good company. I couldn't have asked for a better place to veg out. Thanks Bek!! Off to ...
