... 3 weeks mostly consisted of porridge, shakes, eggs, chicken and veggies I am not as ripped as I hoped I would be! Not even 1 ab on show, very disappointing! But I did enjoy all the topless, tattoo covered beef cakes walking around, with their awesome biceps and six packs, that made up for it!

My last day of training I had a group and private session, but unfortunately I woke up at 4am with my head in the toilet bowl, followed by "something else" ...

We had lunch near where we stayed early in the week on the main island, though I didn't exactly manage to eat much! After lunch we went snorkelling and I tried out my waterproof phone case! Again, my haggling skills came in handy as the asking price was 2800 bhat each, but we paid 2500 for the both of us. We were a little disappointed to see how many people were on our boat as we had imagined it to be like the one in Ilha Grande which was about 10 or 12, but this one was about 60. It didn't make too much different really, the sea was fairly choppy when we got out to sea so ...

... the local supermarket for the crew to stock up on provisions (snacks and personal things). We ran out of time to go to a market so went back to the ship. The place is quite clean although there is a lot of dirt around but no rubbish, which is always good. There are a lot of motorbikes used which weave in and out of the traffic carrying two or three people.
When we got back to the ship there was a market set up on the wharf so Graeme bought a couple of shirts for ...
