    ... Euro as I still need some USD for our visa at the border in Zambia … our lunch came to €44 … not cheap but very nice - I especially liked the hot chilli sauce !!

    ... cooked in a sauce of subtle flavours, vanilla and spices - rice and vegetables from the estate. Delicious!The date the plantation house was built drizzled on the plate added to the authenticity of the meal. To finish, what else but vanilla ice cream all made from very very local produce.

    Got up early this morning as we had booked onto the catamaran trip. Had breakfast and headed straight down to the marina, only to find the trip had been cancelled due to strong winds. Disappointing but understandable as its very windy. So re-booked the trip for Friday and decides to spend the day on the beach.
