Terry, the kids grandpa from Berkeley picked us up at SFO as we returned to American soil. Sense we were already next to SF why not another local tour and handstand pics? I hadn't been to the Sutro Baths since I was Weston's age it was fun to return to the site. Then the "Bridge" from a few angles and back to Berkeley via Sausalito. Eyelids where heavy as we rolled into the Jackson-Knudsen home. We planned an hour ...

... group, or the fact it was peak commuter hour but I was losing it... A twenty minute commute took two and half hours... Buying tickets for a group our size took nearly 1/2 hour!!! The game finished ...

I know it's Tuesday because the elevators say so. Every day, they change the day plate on the floor of the elevators to remind people what day this is. I have to admit I would have lost track already if it wasn't for those. Doune and I saw a crew change the plates last night at midnight while on our way to the pool. More to ...

Arrive in US

After a tiring overnight flight, we arrived in San Fran tired and grouchy, but after negotiating the slow immigration queue and the tube into the city centre, our spirits were soon lifted by our comfy hotel room which had luxury items like, a wardrobe, lamps, and the holy grail; our very own bathroom - what a treat after a few weeks of hostels! It's good to be back in SF, we loved the city the ...
