... wasn't the most genius of ideas....I used a spare sheet to scoop the cockroach off the bed and onto the floor. Little did I realise they could fly!!!!!! Trying not to scream the house down and wake the others up, I swung the sheet across the floor, sweeping the disgusting thing out of the bedroom!!! Panic over!
