      ... one area we were told the huge Russian development had only sold 10% of the units and let a further10% having 80% just standing idle. Several other sites had been built to varying levels and clearly stopped when the cash ran out leaving broken hearts and loosing thousands of euros for the unlucky investors.       ... named after the beach we were sitting at: Playa Jardin which contained egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese and pineapple - seriously worth a try if you are ever in Tenerife.
