... and over the remainder of the trip we had a few great dinners in conversation on bike trips and more.

We were given a yellow duck in our hotel in Milan and Ducki has had a wonderful trip with us. We have had a lot of fun taking pictures with him. Our collection of sea day pictures stars Ducki.

We are back home now and getting used to much colder weather, west coast style and waiting for the snow in the mountains. Next trip.....Africa!

... Pippen are yacht and/or home owners on the canals), lots of water, pricey shops and neat restaurants/cafés. Our day finished up with a massive Mexican feed from Chipotle and a visit from Owen's American mate, Jack Frawley, who played baseball in Perth for the past three years. It was a day of reuniting, and a great day to be back on U.S. soil.  Can't wait to head south tomorrow! Most unique moment ...

Flight Home

... while Rob goes to get Stella…divide and conquer. No sense hauling it back to the airport. However, if we do this again, whoever stays behind will not leave the secure area. This would be more enjoyable if I were sitting at a bar with a drink.

Overall it was a great trip, everyone had a fun time, even the first time cruisers – lots of fantastic memories, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we did it again sometime soon. ...

... like being in Florida in the summer. Soon thereafter the captain made an announcement to stay inside. That horse was already out of the barn. Only an idiot would have been outside when there was so much lightning. There must have been idiots as he felt compelled to make the announcement.

The afternoon was sunny and calm. The seas have been sedate since we left Aruba. We’re now getting a little motion as we approach Florida.

... too in the back, we were all getting bloody sunburnt too. Finally arrived in key west about 3.30, thank god the car rental place said we could drop it off tomorrow morning, not 6pm the same evening! Key west was ok not what any of us were expecting. We had a nice lunch and then walked around for an hour, then headed back, we drove back with the roof on which was more comfortable on so many levels. Kat fell asleep and Elle was keeping the tunes flowing. I started to get to know them ...
