... part of Prague (and mostly by my own fault) is that my entire wallet with all my id's and credit and debit cards and about $300 was stolen. I now have experienced pick-pocketing. Luckily I remained very calm about it and came to realize that it is only plastic and some cash. ... to Prague Castle, the biggest castle complex in the world. Prague Castle is the seat of Czech power, housing the president's office and the ancient Bohemian crown jewels. The highlight of this tour was the St Vitus Cathedral, a French Gothic structure begun in 1344 by Emperor Charles IV, but not completed until 1929. We made our walk back to the Old Town over Charles Bridge built in 1357, it was the citys only bridge until 1841.

... also the only place where a woman could go for a drink without being accompanied by a male. Black leather seating, mirrors and glass and a very ornate ceiling. The Municipal Hall was designed to be the total "night out". Concert Hall, three restaurants and a bar all in the one art deco building.
After our late lunch, another walk, tram ride back up the hill to our hotel, bread and cheese and an early night.

... rooms and bathrooms, Daniella's being up a spiral staircase. It has a fully equipped kitchen as well so I am back to cooking. It's nice to have space again. There is a supermarket-Spar-just around the corner and on our way there we came across the most amazing buildings and they are just "ordinary" ones.
I went into the city centre today and also to the Prazsky hrad ( Prague castle) and on my return I had taken 140 photos! Everywhere one ...
