This castle is amazing! The rooms are great, the service are great! It's beautiful.

Special Mention to Lucca- I think he is the receptionist/Manager...If he is not the manager, he should be. This man made sure that we were comfortable, happy and safe. We missed our train in Rome and he was constantly on the phone with us guiding us back. Then he personally picked us up with the shuttle van from the station - even after he is already off to make sure that we are safe in the castle.

The breakfast was a feast and all the food were fresh and just so good. Definitely had a great time at the castle. Actually, you have to allocate one day just to spend in the castle and roam the grounds and swim in the pool.

    Beautiful experience!

Great hotel. Located approximately 30 minutes (by train) outside central Rome. Whilst you don't have the convenience of being in central Rome, the location of the hotel in the peaceful rolling hills is a great break from the madness of the City. The staff is amazing in their desire to be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

... on the Metro took a break from five until eight that day, so we walked about a kilometer and a half to the Metro station, bought a ticket and came back home. I don’t know how strikes work in Italy, but to schedule a break in a strike to get workers home from work was a novelty for me, one of those things you learn when traveling you would never see at home. Personally, I’m glad they did, because the buses were on half-strike as it turns out, and every taxi ...

... where to be and when the next day, we walked toward the Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish steps. After walking up and down the steps and getting solicited by what seemed like hundreds of people trying to sell us stuff we left the steps and headed back to the train station to catch a train back to our campsite. Before we got to the train station we stopped to get kebabs for an early dinner. Once back at the campground, we had the intention of using the jacuzzis by the pool. However, ...
