... eat in their restaurant. We went there and they were too showoffy and manic. The food wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t an Italian knockout either. I also had to go to the bathrooms which are very weird here in Rome. I thought I walked in on some guy but apparently there is a stall for guys and one for girls so I really embarrassed myself by apologizing seven times.

Be back from Pompeii soon and with photos. ...

... thai restaurants. We just added coconut milk to the rice to cook it in. The hostel receptionist came in halfway who was from the phillipenes and she said to add milk and the coconut stuff and some sugar and it would work better. Ours was nice but it was very rich. Definitely going to try it when i get home again though! The next day we did heaps but also not much if that makes sense. We started off by going to the Pantheon. It is a really old building (over 1000 years) with a ...

This castle is amazing! The rooms are great, the service are great! It's beautiful.

Special Mention to Lucca- I think he is the receptionist/Manager...If he is not the manager, he should be. This man made sure that we were comfortable, happy and safe. We missed our train in Rome and he was constantly on the phone with us guiding us back. Then he personally picked us up with the shuttle van from the station - even after he is already off to make sure that we are safe in the castle.

The breakfast was a feast and all the food were fresh and just so good. Definitely had a great time at the castle. Actually, you have to allocate one day just to spend in the castle and roam the grounds and swim in the pool.

    Beautiful experience!

Great hotel. Located approximately 30 minutes (by train) outside central Rome. Whilst you don't have the convenience of being in central Rome, the location of the hotel in the peaceful rolling hills is a great break from the madness of the City. The staff is amazing in their desire to be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel
