We bought a picnic lunch of cheese, salami, olives, bread, chocolate and wine and ate at our apartment overlooking the sea. Geez Louise. I just wanted to scream "I can't breathe!" but my voice was too hoarse and I was afraid to breathe on other people. Finally, I have a bit of a cough left and some ...

... road I became more aware of little plots that are being cleared and cultivated, some have wells, even a new well at one! Some are houses, others outbuildings.

We were lucky to be offered a lift on the road home - an exceptional kindness as the driver actually took us into town and then had to go back out again; though I did not realise that at the time!

A quick change, then off again, I walked to Varakes along the main ...
