... along came Katya and her son, heading for Majorca, and we got out of our cars to hug one another goodbye. As the sun set Eleanor and I sat by the pool with our wifi connections and all was so pretty. We ate watermelon and tagliatelle for the evening meal and watched Spanish television, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom dubbed into Spanish, and likewise cartoons, American Father speaking Spanish while having the menace of a murderous jacuzzi. The others had gone to bed before ...

There we laid eyes upon the grandeur of a pink mansion, which ...

... quirky streets. Many of these streets were so small you could touch each side with less than outstretched arms.

So our European diversion draws to a close as we fly back to the UK and after landing at Manchester we will be headed to Blackpool. This all seemed like a good idea at the time but at least we have been used to getting fish and chips or a full English breakfast during our time in Spain so hopefully all will be fine in the northwest tourist resort.

    Day 39

A travel blog entry by 4girls on Aug 08, 2014

... everyone jumped from the water. The canoes arrived and everyone jumped in and paddled around the island. First stop was at a cliff with tee jumps. After a few people jumped, Chloe and Lauren also thought it would be a good idea. Upon getting to the top, it looked ALOT higher then in the water. Chloe made Lauren jump first who awkwardly turned in the air and landed on her bum....yes she ...
