... it's incredibly worth it! I recommend renting one of the lifejackets or noodles if you're not a strong swimmer, as the current can be strong. However, it's not a long swim to the end. The waterfall at the end of the gorge is breathtaking...We're shooting ourselves every day, since no one brought their water cameras...but that scene will stay with us.

... We all got to participate in cooking lunch, Dad helped with the Rice and beans, the Plantains, and he looked at the fish. Kathy helped with the fish, and the plantains. I help with the Fish, and the plantains. We also got to see green oranges! They were yummy too. Liz told us how to make coconut milk, the clear liquid that comes out when you open a coconut is the water, you have to do stuff to make the milk. Oh, yeah...Dad is catching ...

... It was nice and warm, especially after all the rain we had. We took a few pics, relaxed a little bit and we left.
