... NO Mardi Gras experience along with the women on the streets doing palm and card readings. It was so awesome, because everywhere you looked we were being entertained by lots of good music. Local musicians are all along the streets playing everything from ragtime, jazz, folk and blues. That was all you could hear as you made your way from one street to another. It is just so cool.

... wonderful hospitality! It was a great way to get away, relax, and enjoy!

We had a quick turnaround time after we got home from bowling. The kids needed to grab their Bibles and head to worship, but we had all the doors locked and the kids were in a pickle and couldn’t get their stuff! Oops! So, worship started a little late and the kids were tired but we God still deserved our best!

We left New Orleans this morning and headed for Mississippi. I had been warned by a fellow on one of the RV sites to avoid I-10 due to the rough road conditions. We took US 90 instead. It was in fairly good shape. It’s a two-lane highway with a speed limit from forty-five to fifty miles per hour.
