Over 400km later, we arrived at our next overnight stop in La Ciotat. Was a newly built apartment over looking the port. We unpacked, jumped back in the car and grabbed some supplies from the Supermarket. Some clothes washing was on the agenda as well as something for dinner. This time the water was like a bath and still so clear. We got out the smorkel gear again. After being in there for a while and all watered out, we headed back to the house. Evea and Colette were so hospitable, pouring drinks, handing out ...

... crashing against the hull sent spray over the side. My backpack got to wear it’s rain jacket for the first time on the trip, but I enjoyed getting a bit soaked from the refreshing salt water spray. I would have taken even more pictures, but I had to keep my camera under my shirt most of the time!

I met an interesting woman in her early 60’s while on the tour. She was American but was traveling France for 4 months with her husband and 4 dogs. She was ...
