          Excellent service and value. Dinner package included breakfast at Holiday Inn Cocos and dinner at the Skydon revolving restaurant first night and Cocos second.

          ... br> the stops along the way are called Wego stops. Did you know they control the flow of the water over Niagara, if they didn't control it it would erode an inch a year. Some time ago they did divert and stop the flow so they could do maintenance. The Canadian side is brilliant, I certainly wouldn't worry about going to the American side, they have a long way to go.           ... strip that has the Guiness Book of Records, The Skytower, The Giant Ferris Wheel etc. She didn't once even mention the waterfalls that I thought Niagara was famous for!! She then went on to explain our options to get to town. We could drive and park for $10. We could get a taxi for $10. We could possibly get a bus for $7 each. The falls also mark the border between the USA and Canada with one part of the falls being on the USA side (smaller falls) and the other being on the Canadian (the Horseshoe Falls). One surprising fact I did learn about them is at night they effectively turn them off and then turn them back on in the morning for the tourists.

          ... an hour he had me convinced to stay an extra day! I then headed out again for another walk around before I met up with two English girls who were staying there, and we went out for dinner at a local pub removed from the tourist area. It was quite a good pub and they brewed their own beer so we tried a 'tasting flight' of 4 small glasses of beer for $5.50, definately the way to go.
