keep getting bigger and bigger and are just beautiful.
Finally I arrive into the town of Tarvisio and decide if there is a hotel
available then I will stay here as its just not worth riding in the dark. Sure
enough there are a few hotels and strangely enough the one I chose had a sign
      outside saying "Bikers Welcome".
Booked in and bike parked safely in the garage it was time to relax and
think of my route through the Alps.

I am considering filing a report to the Middle Sister Tribunal to get her name changed to ...

The waterways are chaotic with gondolas and ferries going every which way! As per the car parking there are no rules on the water ways. You just have to dodge other boats or back up! The harbor was beautiful. We watch 3 huge liners leave on a cruise, and watched the sun set sharing a glass of ...

It turned out that 8 others in the group wanted to do the same thing as me today so we all rode together, with the tour leader and the backup van driver on the spare bike leading the way. First we went the twisty way to the Kobarid Museum where we had a local guide to explain what happened on the Soca Front in WW1 from 1915 until 1917 when the Italian and Austrian armies were fighting in the local ...
