... it was a big space and plenty of water! Look at the pictures. Do we look "dawky" or what? Who cares, we would never lay eyes on those people again!

We even had the nerve to partake of morning tea on the other side of the piazza, at Florians, a very English, very "posh" establishment, in our new style foot/leg wear! We did sit outside I hasten to add. We do have some pride!

It was an adventure and we now have ...

Dad got up early to have a wander around, pick up some milk and then put on a load of laundry.

We all got up and had breakfast - more cornflakes. So boring, but apparently it's the one cereal we can buy that doesn't contain chocolate. Not sure why that's such an issue.

They have had terrible weather . .. Lots of rain and crazy storms that would come up out of nowhere almost ...

We took a train at Rome station to Venice yay!! It all seems like a dream Cus all I've know about it was in textbooks. Hahaha can't believe I'm actually here. Feels too surreal. The whole island is really on waters! The public buses were all water buses, stopping at different harbours. The only downside was that the weather was too dam hot! It feels like the sun is burning into my skin. Felt that more time was spent on shopping than ...

... visit. Next stop Venice. Enjoyed our time in Venice, the weather was warm without being too hot and as we stayed in the centre of the city we were able to be up and around early and later when the crowds were gone. We did another tour through the Doge's palace and San Marco basilica. The inside of the church is amazing with all the gold mosaics that were used on ...
