An abandoned palazzo near our hotel had a free exhibit. You can just see the canal underneath the doorway.

Some of the exhibits allow you to not only see great art, but to also get a peek into the great palazzos of Venice. Palazzo Franchetti on the Grand Canal hosted Glasstress Gotika, which is a joint ...

... light fills the cathedral, but the domes and arches are not nearly as impressive. The resting place of Saint Mark is behind the altar, with a very ornate painting created out of gold and various jewels. A treasured relic of the cathedral, dating back nearly to the time of Christ. Hotel Gabrielli is located in a Venetian Palazzo dating from the 14th century. It has been a family affair since 1856. It was only a few minutes walk from St Marks' square and the Doge's Palace, the Arsenale and the Biennale Exhibition area. ...

... a dark brown, so so gross but funny as, and yep you guessed it baz was the same, as he said it "so many risky *****" had been done in them, grossest human.

After this we went to the same bar and had a few and ate some legit as **** pasta and then finally decided to do some site seeing, we tend to always leave this to the last minute, but wow it was amazing, standing in the main square you just have to take a minute and let it all sink in, amazing.
