    Day 9

... disgusting. I disinfected mine, but it still grossed me out. After we looked at all the fish up close, we had the opportunity to jump off the boat! I got some cool videos of that. I got sort of sunburnt, so a nice shower back at home base felt good after a busy day. Everyone got all dressed up, we ate dinner, then listened to a talk about how we can go further with GLA, 7 elements and the Dominican Republic. Lots of pictures were ...

... world. I also walked to the beach with James, our mentor, and 15 other girls to enjoy the ocean at the night. For the remainder of the free time, I called my parents and talked to Adele and Olivia. I'm going to miss them so much much. We've become so close these past 8 days, I already consider them my bffls. I miss America so much I started making a list of all the things I'm going to buy and eat when I get home! ...

doing it the 'heat and shake' way on the stove top. And as I have observed the
people around me, what at first I might have viewed as laziness, is actually
people just being instead of doing. The nice part is they tend to 'be' together.
Men gather and play dominoes. Driving down the roads you pass countless groups
of people just gathered together, talking. They pull a chair out in front of

Lifes been pretty good lately. Lots of service, good times with the Brothers and Sisters here, and pasarados! Okay let's see, so us girls walked to a coffee place and had some amazing frappes...maybe they really weren't amazing but when you haven't had that kind of thing in awhile they seem amazing. The place was pretty cool, the tables there were awesome with the beans under the glass. We've been to a few pasarado's. Every now and then we go to one thats ...
