... And, again, he really thinks the CR cops are going to help???? I totally vibed that the cops were just there because the loud gringo insisted. They did absolutely nothing and the second tica left in a taxi while they were there! Hilarious!

But the funniest thing about this story is that I'm not even thinking about moving! No paso nada! No harm, no foul. Pura vida! Just another crazy day in paradise!

Bused it all the way to Tamarindo, still on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica and treated ourselves to a trip on a catamaran - open bar, buffet and snorkeling (or toe dipping for Nik). Day 11 - Chill day and Karaoke!

... super shallow and closing out, there were a couple sets coming in, but it was getting dark and I don't like standing out there with my back to the river mouth so a Croc can swim up on me and sharks feed at dusk etc...and we seriously were the ONLY people out in the water along the whole beach...so it felt sketchy!

... came back and seriously, their faces were glowing with joy! They had an awesome time at Witches and Ollie's, they were super stoked...yet exhausted. I was happy for them that they got such great waves, sometimes that trip can be a bust based on the weather.
We all met up downstairs and was talking to Elizabeth on where we should go and she said to check out Longboards for BBQ...yes BBQ, they smoke everything and they actually have pulled pork...shazam, ...

... shower and change...we then met Julie, Jenn and Viviana at Nabanas(sp?) It was cool place, where had cool little table outside ...ordered some mai tais and Brendan spilled mine all over my lap within seconds..but No worries..Pura Vida!...I just got another drink and had fun. We hung out there for a while, it was great to see Julie again, and Jenn and Viviana were really nice...We then headed to a really cool Italian place..I cant ...
