    ... I awoke in the morning to the sounds of crickets and bird song. I zipped open my tent and saw just how stunning the scenery was- surrounded by mountains- perfect.

    September is beginning and work is slowly creeping in again. Where have the summer months gone? It is still so hot here, and never getting any less humid.

    I will try to write more regularly, but I am also trying to get my other writing site up and functioning. For now, adios!

    ... alongside the attractive sandy beach. Although there's a campsite near the hotel, we find ourselves in a very refined and elegant area of the resort. It is interesting to see villa after villa right on the promenade, dating from the early 1900s, well kept and restored, and without the graffiti that blights so many Spanish towns.     ... An even more amazing statistic - 80% are here, in their motorhomes, from October through till March! These guys have got it sorted, I mean, why on earth would you sit in Britain for the winter when you can sit in the South of Spain in temperatures averaging around 20 degrees.
