Tonight they had a special table set up for us, we were not in the main dining room, but just around the corner in a dimly lit room filled with candles. The breakfast room next to us was set up with elegant tables and soon our table mates arrived, who happened to be the ...

Tiziano drove us to the hilltop town of Montefalco & led us to a quaint restaurant where we gladly enjoyed lunch. Most everyone ordered a pizza, but Nancy & I ordered spaghetti ragu, which was delicious! And as always, we had wine ...

... Filippo had topped with a slice of crispy bread topped with fresh ricotta cheese, again more moans!

I never really considered banana bread as a dessert, but Chef Filippo added a chocolate sauce that he quickly "whipped" up & voila, another plate of heaven. We were all stuffed & very happy. Our first cooking class had been a huge, delicious success!

We had a couple of hours until we left for an afternoon of truffle hunting, so Jeff & ...
