Not enjoying Tampico
We arrive in Tampico tired and get a taxi out to a hotel that no longer exists. Our taxi driver suggests another which is undergoing building work, and we end up at the beach front where half the hotels are stupidy expensive towers of sanity, or grimy part-time brothels. We end up back at the bus station and buy our tickets out for the next morning!

Life for the gringos in Mexico
We arrived back in Mexico on Sunday the 12th of September. It was a great trip down from Portland but we were very tired. We drove about 10 hours every day. As some of you know we had a sister from here that was visiting Portland ride back with us. "Karen" When we arrived back in Altamira her mother had a delicious meal waiting for us. See why we love it here. The brothers are really wonderful. Anyway, I will try to show some pictures of our travels through the US. It was so beautiful.
