We are at sea today writing this portion of the blog as we head for Casablanca, Morocco on the northwest coast of Africa. Savona was a surprisingly delightful Italian port city. So we arrived at the campsite at Imperia with another problem with the Alarm Siren Sounding and the Engine Immobiliser kicking in... We now have 3 problems still to sort out, the Fiat Speedometer, Kitchen Tap and the Alarm..! Claim with Amex being processed for the Water Diesel and the repair from the Fiat Dealer to flush the system and just to keep everything ticking along also contacted AGIP Service Stations HQ... ... pine forests of the cinque terre was amazing, with spectacular views over the sea too. We definitely made the right decision!! We found a great, all be it busy, camp site for the night which was within walking distance to the beach. The camp site even had bbqs and bags of charcoal left by others so that was our evening meal sorted! I hadn't had a burger or a sausage in forever!! We decided to head for Italy and after much searching we found a campsite just 1.5 hours away. We made an early start to try and miss the traffic. I don't think the area has a break. Getting to the tollway turned into being quite a debacle. The streets are narrow, confusing and Full of traffic. I totally lost it. I just couldn't grasp what the navigator was saying.
