Hiking along the winding paths in the Albaicin hill next to Alhamba offers a great view of the Alhambra (the sunset is said to be the best but I didn't stay that late) and there are plenty pretty houses and souvenir shops to explore.

Just so you get an idea of how much the Spaniards love their night time- the dance clubs don't even open till 2-3 in the morning, it is pretty common for people to come home at 8 or 9 AM!
