It was a 6 1/2 hour bumpy, windy, twisty-turny trip through the mountains, and at times, we were above the clouds!!

We finally arrived and it was HAWT!! Damn hot. Our room was like a ...

... have to do. Five buildings down was a mechanic and after some negotiations he started in propping my bike up on a old log and removing the tire. This is when I joined in helping out and it turned into me working on the bike while he had a beer. Informing me that is was national mechanic's day and joking around with me. All the work got done, eventuality 2pm, and I was ready for the road,....tomorrow. San Cristobal de Las Casas!!! ...
