      ... I really like them actually and they speak easy to understand Spanish which is super helpful. Surprise surprise it's bloody warm in El Salvador though but that's expected.       ... have eaten broccoli carrot and mushrooms for every meal this week and my body doesn't know what's going on. with a vege energy kick the rest of my body is dead from a few hours of paddling into the water each day. Safe to say i am very very unfit and can't cook. It's now Saturday in the arvo and after a day in the sun I am once again sitting by the pool and ready for a possible siesta.       ... and managed to cut nearly an hour off our return run to the border. We found ourselves the only customers again and the officials on both sides matched their previous record setting performance in clearing Team Elephant out and in. We charged back up the Mex 190 on our way to San Cristobal de las Casas feeling, bizarrely, as though we had come home from a trip away. I pondered on this for a while before deciding that we must have settled into Mexico pretty well.
