Just had a walk into Puno - Not a pretty town - and had a llama steak, it was quite nice, tasted just like a cheap steak. The peruvian name for it is alpaca, apparently there are two types of llama, one bred for the meat and one for the wool.... Stick with me guys, I´ll educate you.
