... the day the gibbons would call to each other across the zoo and create the illusion that one was lost in a tropical rainforest. During my visit I was lucky enough to enjoy a one-on-one behind the scenes visit in several areas of the zoo (including the pygmy hippos, of course). Was a lovely day - warm sunny breezy! Did bar hoppin thing! Spent most afternoon at Clayton's on the beach - just sat in chairs & watched the surf. Had cocktails & shrimp !
