... until 11:15; he arrived tousled, bleary-eyed (hungover(?) in true anecdotal Dylan Thomas tradition) and full of revelations about Dylan. Undoubtedly, he was a Dylan enthusiast, knew heaps about the eccentric poet and enthralled us all, especially the visiting Americans who longed to be immersed in Dylan stuff. John said, "Sod the weather!" and enlightened us with his knowledge and love of Dylan. He did not disappoint, and despite the wind ...

The map suggested a further jolly into coastal resorts and off we headed, giddy at the prospect, of a happy time in Tenby. Westward we went, via single track lanes ...

      Thomas or Bob?

... grave. Metaphorically of course, since it was covered in turf and the odd flower thingy.
The heavens opened (Dylanesque?) and we sheltered briefly before seeking liquid sustenance in Brown's Hotel (famous!). When in Wales ......There was live music in Brown's which turned out to be a yukele ensemble, a bunch of men and the odd (?) woman, strumming ancient classics, not Euripides, more sing-along tunes from ...
