Last night was an adventure! So, most restaurants are closed on Monday! This made finding dinner a challenge ... Walked down the the promenade in downtown Portstewart ... And every recommended restaurant was closed. So, I headed to Portrush to a wine bar. I ordered a cider, scampi with mushy ...

... that start at the base of the cliffs and extend into the water. We could walk out on them as far as we dared. The giant waves crashing at the end of the rocks combined with the strong wind kept us pretty close to the shore though. The rock formations were so interesting and sometimes jutted up in the air fifteen feet or more. We only wish we could have gotten here sooner to be able to take more of it in.

Unfortunately we had to take the 3pm bus back ...
