    ... Lincoln so after a stop at Cold Stone for ice cream on arrival we toured about to see his tomb. Passed the State capital building too which was impressive.

    Bob Evans diner for dinner so managed to source vegetables. Succumbed to the chocolate cake dessert too. Mmm. Piccies to follow once my photographers have their act in order;)

The house apparently became a boarding house in the years after Lincoln’s death, one which the boarders charged admission fees to gawking tourists who wanted to see Lincoln’s house until it was purchased for historic preservation.

    ... tho I do keep expecting to see cop cars in a chase! People stick to limits and give you plenty of room but they do honk a lot sometimes for no reason I think and so does nic not just me!
