    ... I pointed out that this statue reminded me of Rach, she didn’t seem too impressed...

    We spent the day relaxing by the pool and catching up on some travel plans and diaries. The following day would prove to be another big day with a trip out to Isle Marieta.

    ... well which surprised me! After the swim, we enjoyed a buffet lunch before heading to Ek Balam, another Mayan site. I really liked Ek Balam because you were able to climb on all the structures which we couldn't do in Chichen Itza and only on some of the structures in Copan. After Ek Balam, it was a long 2.5 hour drive back to the hotel. We got back around 7 and after a shower, we got lazy but decided to head to Kukulcan plaza for some dinner. We didn't know what was here ...

    ... can drip through the holes and make a cenote the other was just a regular cenote but there was a really high jump of this platform but me and my dad did not go into the water because it was not much fun since we have been to a cenote that is not under ground and has fish which the one at the didn't and then we took the bus back home

    Fully fed it was back to the bus for the last leg up to the Maya city. Once parked, and through the hoards, we were passed over to Jose for an explanation and tour of the Ruins.

    ... a bus at 9.20 and be at the airport 2.5 hours before my flight. Perfecto. The temperature is well over 30, and my shirt is already sticky. I am jogging just in case it takes me a little while to find this shop, even though I have the exact address pinned to my google maps. At first google maps is even updating my position and orientation (geographicall, not sexual). After a while, I realize google maps has stopped updating.
