As part of the Peru training Dee and I decided that we would use the Lowestoft scores to build our strength for the mammoth climbing challenge that faced us.

For anyone that doesn't know Lowestoft has a unique series of steps (scores) that lead from the high street down to the beach, these steps are steep and take a lot of energy. All in all there are 12 scores to take on and if you do what we did that means going up or down 24 times.
