We left the Sparks campground heading for an overnight stay at Elko since that was about 4 hours away. We followed the Truckee River until Fernley when it ll it turned north to meet up with Pyramid Lake. Today we decided to take our motorbike for a ride up the Lamoille Scenic Biway. We climbed up Ruby Mountain to an altitude of 8500'.
