    ... and had wine overlooking the Grand Canal watching all of the Gondolas, Vaporetto's and water taxis pass by. We went to see the Doge Palace and the Bridge of Sighs.
    We walked for hours and headed back to the hotel where we could hear the water lapping against the hotel below our window every time a boat went past.

    ... there yesterday watching the kids play soccer, we see a bunch of people, obviously grads, dressed up,,, one with a ring of leaves on his head, one as a hobo, one as a pope....     ... Michael was feeling hot and took off his shirt wanting to go for a swim, but then decided against it. Think the water may have been cold. Down to the flat again, the heat came back.
