Rodovia das Cataratas, Km 10 Foz de Iguacu, State of Parana, Brazil, 85853-000, 45-3521-3000
... Park have built around six, perhaps more, kilometers of sturdy mesh-metal catwalk, with safety railings, through the jungle setting. Many of them leading you right to the brink, where you'll get a right good soaking.

If I had a dollar for every piece of expensive jungle-wear that I've seen at Iguazu, I'd be a very rich man. Pants with pockets that have pockets hidden within pockets; shirts that may ward off jaguars ...
Iguazu Falls, Argentina jackdrury... We also took a raft down the river at the top of the falls and saw some Toucans, a massive crocodile that the guide wanted to get a bit too close to! There were also millions of butterflies, and Raccoon like creatures who's main objective was to steal people's food!

We leave Foz De Iguassu today, and have another overnight bus taking us over the border (again) to ...
Foz de Iguacu, State of Parana, Brazil willb... for a long time...´ I asked Fabio afterwards if there had been any accidents and he said a few years ago two separate boats got too close and they crashed; still he laughed at my paranoia and made an amateur attempt to rationalise my fears away by comparing it to the odds of getting killed in a plane crash... little did he realise I actually know those odds and have a safety plan to improve them. Plus as you all know I think about things like how easy it would seem to be ...
Foz de Iguacu, State of Parana, Brazil ness010... sprayed from head to toe (even one with deet - sorry mummy!) a bug band, and an essential oil that´s supposed to ward them off, I mean my goodness!

Regardless of the mosquito over population this smaller water fall was amazing, we could even hike to the bottom of it and Evan stripped down and jumped in! (Evan would like to emphasize how much he LOVED this waterfall)

We followed that adventure with a ride on the train to "the devil ...
Puerto Iguazu, Argentina ewbarr... menu in English, walked out. Eventually found a place around midnight.

Great thing about BA is that there is football on every night. Caught the Boca Juniors inter-south america game. They got beat. Again. Reckon Cumnock Juniors would have fared better. Anyway, felt a tad shattered so back to hostel for a good 10 hour sleep. Tomorrow, only plan is to see some of the city I have yet to expolore, namely Palermo and Hollywood.

< br>
Foz de Iguacu, State of Parana, Brazil fruss... good idea if I bought a poncho too. As I stepped up onto the platform to enter into the store I slipped and fell flat on my ass! Yep that was a great way to start. But I got up got my damn poncho and we proceeded onto the falls. On our way to the main walkway we got to see these little raccoon like animals they call Coati it was pretty cool because just as the guide was talking about them they came out.

We walked and walked until we finally go to some ...
Puerto Iguazu, Argentina nana31902... There was also a lot more diversity in terms of the people who lived there, and the locals were all fantastic at both English and Spanish in addition to their native Portuguese. As the area was more developed than most places in Argentina, the prices correlated and Foz do Iguacu was definitely more expensive than places we had become used to. Even so, we still went to an-all-you-can-eat restaurant in the town centre for dinner, as we wanted to try lots of ...
Foz de Iguacu, State of Parana, Brazil jmwaters... contemplated walking over the bridge to hget a stamp but, being too lazy, got on the bus intstead...just as well. It appears getting in to Brasil is harder than getting in to Paraguay. The queues of people on foot werew massive, with everyone being checked. We had a couple of Policia get on the bus and check peoples bags, an old lady who had some pills on her (quite clearly pills to keep her breathing) was taken off the bus...she never came back.

On our return to the hostel I ...
Foz de Iguacu, State of Parana, Brazil jrolfe... restaurant. We both enjoyed a giant mixed salad (it had been some time since we had a large fresh salad), pepper and mushroom-sauced steaks the first night we were there, along with the requisite bottle of Argentine red wine. Notice I said the first time we went there. We ate there three straight nights while in Puerto Iguazu. We were officially on a steak moratorium once we left town. The second and third time we were there we enjoyed this combo platter ...
Puerto Iguazu, Litoral, Argentina chiapoe... we caught the free boat back across the water and started the "inferior circuit", which I think refers to the fact that it's a low level trail, rather than it being worse than any others!

The "superior circuit" takes you right ...
