... stretch if beach. We first had sodas on the pier bar watching schools of fish have a feeding frenzy. There were 3 foot long tarpons which were amazing to see so close to shore. Then we swam with the fishes, as they say. The water is so ridiculously warm you just walk right in. Afterwards, we swam in the infinity pool and tried a couple of frozen drinks, while ...

We made our way through customs and to the house of Kate, Adam and Vanessa, our friends who moved here in search of good weather. It was great to be in a house and ...

... very nice houses along the coast. This area was not so developed as where we are staying and there are no big hotels or condos. We also passed a few more cemeteries along the oceanside.

Back to Georgetown (the big city here), we got in a little shopping. Then, our first swim in the ocean! just what we needed before dinner at Coconut Joe's, and back to the room to upload pictures...and now we're up to date. -kjk (additions in italics by mom)
