... up to the observatory deck. It's a pretty view up there! And great to see Dallas from a higher level but yes it is extremely flat!! We wanted to go up to the restaurant to get a drink but apparently no one under the age of 21 is allowed to go up there. At all! I think that's the most stupid rule. I left Dallas to move to Germany today.
