Today was a tough day. I felt rotten (achy, feverish) as we made our way north and of course the outside temperature dropped. It was forecast to be in the 60s I believe. Bright and sunny but there was a raw wind from – where else but Canada!
We did not leave Benson`s wonderful hospitality too early and I drove initially up I95 after coasting into a gas station on fumes. This year we purchased a SunPass and used it ...

Apparently arcades make Sean turn into some kind of devil child, he was crazy! running around, screaming, slamming buttons and levers wherever he could, it was nuts. then I somehow expect him ...
... private PT and see me "vertical" for the first time. I have told some of you, this young man (aside from being gorgeous) was incredibly inspirational and I can't even explain why that is. He somehow MADE you want to succeed and be strong and excel. (My niece Sarah is in PT Med School right now I believe has that same quality) There's some unidentifiable quality that is so powerful.
