... are still many columns as well as some interesting mosaics. Even with what remains, there is enough to get a good idea of what the island would have been like in its heyday. The best know sculptures on the island are a row of lions.
We anchored within the Bay of Delos and returned in the afternoon for lunch aboard. After we finished exploring the island, we boarded the yacht and returned to Mykonos for the evening. We went to shore and found a ...

As is custom for us, we found a local bottleshop and purchased a local bottle of wine, with grapes grown in Greece.
We returned to the marina area and then made our way to the area of the island called "Little Venice". Here the most western part of the town meets the sea. Buildings are constructed right at the sea's edge with their balconies overhanging the ...

The rest of the camping Naoussa crew were a differing mix of characters. The campsite handy man was a guy called Zayed from Afghanistan. His story is incredible. He is a refuge that had to flee the country but not before having to leave his family behind. He found himself caught up in the unenviable position between the American's and the Taliban. The Taliban were threatening to kill him if he ...

It's not the first time somebody has thought I was gay and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last time either so I'm not the type of person to get offended. If anything I find it complementary, it's nice to know you're attractive to someone. I left my big bag and walked back to explore town since I don't wait well. I stopped by the hotel again an hour later and an employee came out when I rang the bell for assistance. A few weeks later I was back at the office, back at my desk and my 9 to 5 life. Workmates were amazed, "Wow you look great". I don't know what it was. My hair was bleached blonde and my eyebrows had disappeared. My teeth looked so much whiter, I felt so relaxed and refreshed. Spending time at the Greek Islands was like an elixir of youth.
How on Earth did I get to be so lucky?
My family and I went on a cruise of the Greek Islands. We ate a lot, got sea sick once, soaked up the sun, and absorbed the classically beautiful white and blue colours on the islands. There weren't very much ship activities that my sister and I were interested in but Allyson and I did win a bingo game! Mykonos was by far our favorite island because of its beauty.
