Woke up this morning to beautiful blue skies and very pleasant temperatures in Miami after a great nights sleep in the hotel. The coach didn't pick us up until 12.00 so we had the morning to ourselves. We started off in McDonalds for breakfast and I was delighted to find a steak & egg McMuffin on the menu, I always feel on holiday when I have steak and eggs for breakfast. ... blog. Sorry it it's a bit disjointed and for any grammar or spelling mistakes. The jet lag is making me quite slow in the mind and I am fighting sleep quite hard at the moment with the objective of setting my circadian rhythm to USA time. (Essentially reversing my aus rhythm)
