    ... cabin to change into my sneakers and then up to Deck 6 where we did four laps which equals a mile . I set a reasonable pace and half killed Craig who’s a wee bit out of practice. I’ll have him running a marathon by the end of the cruise!!

    Woke up this morning to beautiful blue skies and very pleasant temperatures in Miami after a great nights sleep in the hotel. The coach didn't pick us up until 12.00 so we had the morning to ourselves.     ... blog. Sorry it it's a bit disjointed and for any grammar or spelling mistakes. The jet lag is making me quite slow in the mind and I am fighting sleep quite hard at the moment with the objective of setting my circadian rhythm to USA time. (Essentially reversing my aus rhythm)
