It was quite emotional saying our goodbyes We have had such an amazing amount of best wishes and messages from both our families and friends! We feel loved and cared for. We'd like to say thank you to everyone who wished us well on our special day. Thank you especially to bothers Marco and Andy for their great hospitality, chauffeuring and amazing after wedding dinner. Thank you for the active part you played in our ...

... it was dirty. There was lots of areas where garbage was just piled really high, and lots of graffiti, and nothing too unique. When we got to Olympia, which is where the Olympics started, we got lucky and it was free admission day. We walked around the ruins and it was fun to see, where different athletes would have done their training. The temple of Zeus is also here, and still has at least one of the ...

We have been walking between 2 and 5 miles every day, with a lot of steps. So we both soaked in the hot tub, and then got massages and then thermal beds ...

... we thought at last we'd get things done quickly including getting all our photos synchronised for the sake of the blog, but it wasn't fast as we know it. For 6 euros it at least put our minds at ease that all at home is ok. Back on ship we got into our swimwear, had a light lunch, and headed for the pool deck to lounge around, write up the last two days of the blog, and watch the ships departure. We have a 345 nautical mile overnight sail to ...

      A day at sea

A travel blog entry by pjwilton on Sep 06, 2014

A very leisurely day. No photos, but lots to do on the ship.
After breakfast, Le'Anne & Jeannette go to the gym. They plan to go the Belly Dancing class at 10:00, but it is too wet.
At 11:00, we go to a cooking show, where Chef Daniel prepares two meals from the Le Cirque menu. We get to taste the Napolian, very nice. After lunch, we go to the Team Trivia, beating our previous score of 3, going directly yo 7 out of ...
