It was then midnight, we were very wet and cold and ready to go home. It was a fun night however with lots of laughs and silliness. .... The next day, this being Monday, we ...

... and seeing the beauty of the different canals. After a quick rest at home, we went out for dinner at a local restaurant on the water just 2 minutes away from our house. The restaurant, called Café Het Molenpad, is a brown café (the Dutch equivalent to a local pub) and they serve drinks and snacks during the day and drinks and dinner at night. We treated ourselves to a three-course dinner starting off with tapenade and homemade bread, and a spicy pumpkin soup ...
