I got up at 8am, showered, dressed and then went to breakfast. I got my breakfast tray and ate it while using the WiFi. After breakfast i went back to the room, got ready for the day, then
left the hotel/hostel. I walked to the town square, went to the tour meeting point, waited and then had to walk down the street anyway to meet the bus. The bus took us to the port where we picked up more people and started the tour. The tour was done in English, ...

At the end of the road i went back out to the beach, walked along it, had a swim and then relaxed on the sand. I found another spot to park and went for a walk ...

After unpacking, i went for a walk, first using the hostel WiFi, then walked into town. I checked out some of the hire places, then got a coffee, checked out some of ...

... planned. We knew there was ouzo waiting there! We did, however, see some beautiful sights around the island. Quaint seaside villages abound with hills and farmland between. We suntanned on a beautiful beach and swam in the Aegean Sea. And in the car's defence - driving it was never boring. It is hard to describe the feeling you get when, sitting up in your bed, you get to watch one of those gigantic Blue Star ferries enter the harbour. This is the ferry that brought ...

... and cake and then took the bus to Pisso Livadi (no jokes please). See Alan’s comments above! We had a well earned beer and sat watching the day go by for an hour and a half by the sea and then got the bus back to our hotel. A perfect day (if we hadn’t then discovered our ferry has been cancelled!)

Onwards and upwards to two days on Mykonos (should have been four days on Tinos!) I’m relaxed about the whole thing; have picked up the Greek ...
