The One Month Mark and a Visit to Mallorca

... two Starbuck’s since leaving the U.S. The first was in the Harry Potter Studios and the second in the Valencia airport on our recent trip. Sitting in that Starbucks, with its design, its signage, its music, its mugs for sale and its soy lattes, one could really be ANYWHERE. But it was also really easy to go quite far out and be completely secluded and very peaceful - the ...

... day as a lot of seaweed had blown in and made the water look a bit black! It was still good for swimming and the waves made it fun. We didn't explore too far from where we parked the car... Which might not have been such a bad idea, as apparently various parts of the beach are for different "customers"... We were in a quite normal section although did get a few shocks when not concentrating or focussing properly! In the evening, we met with Lisa ...

... the ocean this time- it was beautiful clear water with little skeleton like fishes swimming around... a bit rocky on the floor in some places though- I always managed to find the rocks of course!

After heading back to the hostel to collect our bags, we caught a cab to the airport, bought some chocolates for the office, got on the plane and then we were back in London... just in time for work on ...
