    Hi all
    Again a fantastic day. Sun shining, blue skies and complete bliss.
    Walked to the brown's accommodation which is about 1km down the road restonica.
    Hopped in the car and set off for our mountain walk.
    Graham stressed again on the narrow roads. The rest of us enjoying the marvellous views.

    Tuesday 19th August
    Hello from Calvi on the island of Corsica, France.
    Awoke to see the shore from our stateroom, looks beautiful. We had to go by tender boat from the ship to the shore as there is no mooring large enough for the Noordam to dock. A tourist office was set up as we disembarked and we recieved a free map of the town which was very hard to read and in small writing. Still we made our ...

    Normal routine of breakfast and then we disembarked the boat As the island is so small we had to take a tender to the shore The ship uses some of the lifeboats as tenders so we got on the small boat to be taken into the harbour at calvi We walked through the cobbled streets to the beach and set up our umbrella and towels, the brolly was definitely the best buy from monte Carlo.
