... that his English was as good as our italian. Thankfully I remembered how to say New Zealand in italian and Pete knew italian for Scotland...we were soon having a good convo! Soon enough it was it was time to be asking for the bill...in italian of course! It was all going well until I needed to ask to pay by card tonight instead of adding it to the room. Maybe learn this for our next italian trip? I also suggest the Londoners next to us learn a little italian too! ...

... around 1850.... I would have totally rustled some farmers sheep to be locked up here! La Pelosa easily lived upto it's reputation as an extraordinary beach. Highly recommended! Tomorrow we leave Alghero for Olbia in the north east of Sardinia and for our flight to Nice on the French Riviera....it's going to be hard to leave Sardinia, this little island has made such a big impression in just a few days, we've really had an amazing time here ...
