We have arrived at African Dawn, it is 20 min. from J-Bay. We got to the lodge at night, it was dark, but I think it was only about 6:30 - 7, it is the Spring time here... we had dinner in the "restuarant" area (picnic tables in a room), we had pasta, I think I won't go hungry, they only seem to feed us pastas and high carby foods.

... det var da ogsaa sjovt. Under mudderkastningen moedte vi to af de permanente beboere paa farmen, G og Rain. Et kaerestepar midt i 40'erne. G var en utroligt flink fyr som var meget interesseret i at hoere om hvad vi havde vaeret igennem indtil videre.
Vi blev alle budt paa en kop kaffe hos Harry i hans hus som jeg syntes havde en alt for soedlig duft. Saa da jeg senere paa dagen fik tilbuddet om at komme derop igen sagde jeg at jeg hellere ville udforske omraadet. Mine anelser viste ...

Meant to spend days catching up on blog and diary but spent it shopping instead.  So many surf shops and discount outlets - Quiksilver, Billabong, RipCurl, Roxy all having sales.  HELLO!  How could I say no when tops were R80 (US$8)!  The most expensive thing I saw not on sale was R500 which is just crazy when in the UK it would have easily been 150 quid.  Tiree girl you would be in heaven!!
